I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience in strategic HR across complex, multi-site organisations. I specialise in employee relations, talent, organisational design, and change management, with extensive experience in TUPE, restructures, and mergers, and I’m passionate about inclusive leadership and sustainable people practices.

I’ve been working with the CEO of TeachMatch for the past five years in a Business Support role, which is incredibly varied — no two days are the same, and that’s what I enjoy most. Outside of work, I love taking my dog on walks, watching films, and cooking.

With a background in EdTech and higher education, I’ve worked alongside some of the UK’s leading institutions to support student recruitment and enhance pastoral care. I now bring that experience to the school sector, helping primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire find exceptional teaching and support staff.

I’m an education professional with experience in secondary mathematics teaching and alternative provision, supporting pupils with behavioural needs. Alongside my classroom background, I’ve also worked in education recruitment, giving me a strong understanding of both school environments and the hiring process.
