School Administrator – Cover Roles Available Across Gloucestershire

We are supporting a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire who are looking for experienced, organised and friendly School Administrators to provide essential office cover.
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy supporting staff, students and parents, and can hit the ground running – this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Front‑office reception duties
Managing calls, emails and visitor enquiries
Attendance support and general administration
Supporting safeguarding processes (training provided)
Assisting with data entry and school systems (SIMS/Arbor a bonus)

Requirements

DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Previous admin or customer‑facing experience
Confident with IT and communication
Professional, reliable and able to work independently
