The Role
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to support students with SEMH needs within an Integrated Resource setting. You will play a key role in fostering a nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, assisting them in managing emotions and behaviour.
  • Support teachers in lesson delivery and adapt resources to meet the needs of SEMH students.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report on students’ social, emotional, and academic progress.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic student support.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
