We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEND Specialist Teacher to join an inclusive and forward-thinking school in Liverpool. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs and committed to delivering outstanding, individualised learning experiences.

Role Overview:
You’ll plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of students with SEND, fostering independence, confidence, and a positive attitude to learning. Working closely with the SEND team, support staff, and external professionals, you’ll ensure every pupil receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver differentiated and engaging lessons for pupils with SEND
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Promote social development, emotional wellbeing, and life skills
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, therapists, and external agencies

Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience working with children with SEND in a classroom setting
* Strong knowledge of EHCPs, inclusion strategies, and differentiation
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and behaviour-support skills
