Location: Hereford (Alternative Provision)
Rate: £145 – £165 per day
Start Date: May 2026

TeachMatch are seeking Primary Supply Teachers to join our team, working across a fantastic primary within an alternative provision setting in Hereford.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2
Follow and adapt lesson plans, with occasional planning required
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning environment
Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity in learning

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Full DBS (ideally on the update service)
Experience working in a primary or alternative provision setting
A flexible, positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting young learners, including those with additional needs
