TeachMatch is working in partnership with a range of supportive primary schools across West Yorkshire and is seeking committed and adaptable Primary Teachers for long-term supply roles starting January 2026.
This opportunity is ideal for teachers seeking the security of a long-term placement, while still benefiting from the flexibility and variety that agency work can offer. Day-to-day supply opportunities are also available, with the potential to move into longer-term roles.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
  • Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Sound understanding of the national curriculum
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, flexible approach to teaching
