Job Description:

TeachMatch Recruitment is seeking a passionate and adaptable Drama for a long term supply position from January 2026 The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring students are engaged and learning effectively. Strong classroom management and the ability to quickly adapt to different school environments are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Collaborate with other staff and contribute to a supportive school culture.
* Provide feedback on student progress as required.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous teaching experience is essential.
