Job Description:We are working in partnership with a mixed secondary school and sixth form in Hereford to recruit an experienced Exams Manager for an immediate start. This is a full‑time temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining the school’s exams administration systems
Coordinating internal and external examinations in line with JCQ regulations
Preparing exam timetables, seating plans, and documentation
Analysing, tracking, and producing exam‑related reports
Administering and organising all aspects of exam and assessment data
Liaising with exam boards, senior leaders, staff, and invigilators

Requirements:

2-3 years’ recent experience as an Exams Manager in a UK secondary school
Strong knowledge of exams administration and compliance
BROMCOM experience is essential
Highly organised, detail‑focused, and calm under pressure
Confident managing multiple deadlines during busy exam periods
