💼 The Role:

As a SEND TA, you’ll be working closely with pupils who require additional support, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs. This may include working 1:1, in small groups, or assisting within the classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with a range of SEND needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)

• Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

• Encouraging social and emotional development through positive reinforcement

• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with SEND students (essential)

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A relevant TA qualification or equivalent experience

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
