Teach Match Education Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS4 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded PRU (Pupil Referral Unit). The successful candidate will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access their learning and develop both academically and socially.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for working with vulnerable young people, who is looking to make a real difference in their education. If you’re a compassionate and driven individual with a strong desire to help students reach their full potential, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – preferably within a PRU or similar setting
  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach to supporting students
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license (for transport to and from the PRU, where necessary)
  • A proactive approach, willing to take initiative and use creative methods to support students’ learning
  • Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
