I understand school life from the classroom to leadership, and I’m passionate about helping schools find the right staff and supporting educators in finding roles where they can thrive.

With over 12 years of experience in the education sector, I’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, transparent staffing solutions to schools and Multi Academy Trusts across the North West. I’ve successfully led recruitment across all education phases and specialisms, forming trusted partnerships by taking the time to understand each school’s unique culture, priorities, and challenges.

I’ve been with TeachMatch since the very beginning and I’ve loved watching the company grow from strength to strength. My role is incredibly diverse and overcoming the daily challenges that are thrown my way is what makes my job fun. I’m passionate about digital growth, whether that’s on social media, SEO or anything in between so being with the company from infancy has been a fantastic journey.

With 19 years of experience in recruitment, and over 11 of those dedicated to the education sector, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges schools face when it comes to staffing. My specialism lies in Special Educational Needs (SEN) recruitment, where I’ve built long-standing relationships with schools, alternative provisions, and specialist settings across the UK.

I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with 20+ years’ experience in strategic HR across complex, multi-site organisations. I specialise in employee relations, talent, organisational design, and change management, with a strong track record in TUPE, restructures, and mergers. I'm passionate about inclusive leadership and sustainable people practices.

I have been working with the CEO of Teach Match for the past 5 years as Business Support, which has proven to be a very varied role, no day is the same which is why I enjoy it. Outside of work I enjoy taking my dog on walks, watching films and cooking.

I've spent the past 10 years working in education across Australia and the UK, in roles ranging from working directly with children to management and recruitment. My passion for shaping future societies through education led me to this field, and placing great teachers in schools is my way of making a lasting impact.

With a background in EdTech and higher education, I’ve worked alongside some of the UK’s leading institutions to support student recruitment and enhance pastoral care. Now, I bring that experience to the school sector, helping primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire find exceptional teaching and support staff.
