Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work within our network of schools in Liverpool and across Merseyside. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour, and make academic progress.

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapt materials to meet student’s individual needs.

  • Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive attitudes and emotional stability.

  • Track and report on student’s emotional, social, and academic development.

  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.

  • Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
