Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with one of our partner schools in near Dursley. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress.
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet students’ needs.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability.
  • Track and report on students’ emotional, social, and academic progress.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
  • Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
