Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with one of our partner schools in near Dursley. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress.
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet students’ needs.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability.
  • Track and report on students’ emotional, social, and academic progress.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
  • Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
