Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all students.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to contribute to a supportive school community.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous teaching experience is essential, with a passion for inspiring learners.
  • Experience in Key Stage 2 is desirable
