Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that meet the national curriculum

• Foster a safe, positive and inspiring classroom environment

• Support pupil development both academically and socially

• Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

• Collaborate with support staff, parents, and school leadership to maximise pupil outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (or strong placement experience for ECTs)

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisation skills

• A caring, proactive approach to teaching and learning

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
