What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of diverse KS2 learners
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
• Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders
• Using a range of creative strategies to support early literacy and numeracy
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs warmly welcomed
• A positive, nurturing approach to learning and child development
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive and inspiring education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
